FOR STUDENT PRESERVICE TEACHERS
FOR MENTOR COOPERATING TEACHERS
&

The eight modules that you will be reviewing will help you to understand and develop the skills that will help you during early field experiences.

Throughout the modules we refer to pre-service teacher (PST), which refers to a student who is enrolled in a university or college course as part of the teacher education curriculum. The mentor cooperating teacher (Mentor CT) refers to the classroom teacher who serves as the cooperating teacher for the pre-service teacher. We use this term, Mentor CT, to identify that mentorship is an ongoing process during different points of a teaching career.
